Charitable Giving
Charitable annual giving at The Stanley Clark School supports us in many ways, ranging from operating budget to the permanent endowments. All gifts play a vital role in Clark’s financial success.
Each year, The Clark Fund and Kaleidoscope raise unrestricted dollars to support the school’s operating budget. This money helps alleviate the variance between the cost of educating a child at Stanley Clark and the tuition that is collected for our students.
Some benefactors choose to designate their gifts to support specific programs or needs. Permanent endowment ensures that The Stanley Clark School will be here to serve its community for generations to come.

Clark Fund
The Clark Fund is a year-round philanthropic program designed to augment tuition and other revenue sources in reaching a balanced budget. Restricted and unrestricted gifts made to The Clark Fund directly impact day-to-day expenses. The strength of The Clark Fund has helped the school to balance its budget for over 60 years.
At SCS we have two equally important goals when it comes to philanthropic giving. The first is 100% participation from our current families. The second is to raise $150,000 for the Clark Fund each year. These goals may strike you as too big for your gift to make a difference. We want you to know that is simply not true. Every gift makes an impact!
We are thankful for the generosity of our parents, alumni, grandparents, parents of alumni, trustees, faculty, staff and friends who support SCS and all of the wonderful things that happen here!

Endowment
A gift to the endowment helps provide for the school long term. An endowment fund is a permanent, self-sustaining source of funding.
Endowment assets are invested and the managed principal continues to yield returns for each coming year. This means that the principal gift is never touched, but continues to generate income in perpetuity for the designated fund.

Recurring Gifts
Recurring gifts are one of the easiest ways to contribute to the mission of The Stanley Clark School. Monthly scheduled donations can be automatically charged to your credit card. These gifts are used to help the school meet annual expenses such as faculty salaries, new programs, upgrades in technology and building/grounds upkeep.
