Fund for Faculty Support
There is nothing more important to a child’s education than quality faculty with a passion for teaching. At SCS, we are committed to attracting and retaining high-caliber faculty members who are experts in their fields.
Exceptional teachers stay abreast of the latest research and methods through professional development. Our faculty model life-long learning and engage in regular professional development to ensure that students consistently receive superior instruction.
The endowment provides a key source of funding to support faculty compensation and enhance curricular initiatives, thereby ensuring SCS is competitive when seeking to attract and retain extraordinary educators.
A gift to the Fund for Faculty Support will:
- Empower SCS to competitively increase faculty compensation independent of tuition increases.
- Provide the means for teachers to hone their knowledge and skills through the best professional development and training opportunities.
- Enhance curriculum, programs and services essential to the SCS mission.
