About the Event

This annual community celebration and fundraising event held each spring, features both a silent and live auction, seated dinner and stunning ambience. Your generous support of this event helps provide the funding needed to maintain the quality education and community for which The Stanley Clark School is known.

The goals for this year's event are to:

  • Encourage our Clark community to enjoy a fun-filled evening with friends as we celebrate The Stanley Clark School.
  • Support the exemplary education value The Stanley Clark School continues to deliver.
  • Recognize and thank those who have contributed time, treasure and talent to make Kaleidoscope a success!

RSVP to Attend

Online Registration fo Kaleidoscope is currently closed. Please check back in early 2019. 

Dress for the event is cocktail attire. Ladies typically wear their favorite cocktail dress or pant suit, while gentlemen typically wear a suit, either with or without a tie.

Bidding

Bid high and bid often! Kaleidoscope features both a live and silent auction.

The live auction begins during dinner service on the night of the event. We have some amazing auction items that are sure to draw some friendly bidding competitions. Raise your bidder paddle high and often!

The silent auction begins a week prior to Kaleidoscope through BidPal and closes at 9:00 p.m. the night of the event. Silent auction items will also be on display at the venue during Kaleidoscope, so be sure to arrive early and take a look around.

The silent auction also features handcrafted class art projects. Don't miss the opportunity to take home these one-of-a-kind art pieces, that will forever capture in time the precious memories of your child and their classmates.

The Venue

The Armory, located at 727 S. Eddy Street, South Bend, provides the perfect backdrop for this 40th Anniversary celebration! This beautiful, newly-renovated river-front venue is located in the market district of downtown South Bend. What was originally built for the state armory guard (hence its current name) and later became the Newman Recreation Center, only recently re-opened as a multi-purpose event site.
