Virtual Admission Process

Take a Virtual Tour

Get a feel for our campus and classrooms by exploring a few photos of The Stanley Clark School below. You may also tour each of our three divisions with our Virtual Tour videos. On-campus tours will resume once it is safe to do so.

Kindergarten Classroom

Large kindergarten classrooms allow ample space for group activities, individual instruction, and free-choice play. The rooms reflects our Reggio-Emilia inspired philosophy with connections to nature, easily accessible manipulatives, and space for exploration and documentation.

Art Classroom

Students engage in art classes multiple times a week, exploring a variety of artists, techniques, and mediums. With three separate art classrooms for various grade levels, students learn everything from painting to pottery, fiber arts to sculpting.

Early Childhood Classroom

Our Reggio-Emilia inspired early childhood classrooms are filled with space for exploration, discovery, and learning. With class sizes of 12-16 students and two teachers in each classroom, students receive personalized attention and care.

2nd Grade Classroom

Our 2nd grade classrooms boast space for both individual and group activities. The two grade-level classrooms are connected and work collaboratively for many projects and subjects.

The Stanley Clark School has fenced-in playground spaces for both early childhood and lower school students. Students get fresh air, build social-emotional skills, and enjoy a break in their academic day, multiple times a day with recess!

Middle School Science Lab

Middle school students explore science in fully-equipped labs, completing experiments and hands-on lessons to further their understanding of everything from electricity to biology to chemistry.

3rd Grade Classroom

3rd grade students take learning to the next level with practical and applicable projects such as their Wisconsin Fast Plant unit pictured here or their Banking unit, which teaches them the fundamentals of saving, interest, and spending.

Middle School Hallway

Tiger's Square resides in the middle school hallway, a space for large group instruction as well as group and individual flexible workspaces and cafe-style seating.

Middle School English Class

Middle School English students enjoy flexible seating in this classroom, allowing them to select the workspace that sparks the most inspiration and creativity for them individually.

4th Grade Classroom

4th grade students prepare to enter middle school by switching between classrooms for the first time for various subjects. They also begin daily gym class, participate in band, and have the option for strings as part of their school day.

Middle School Advisory

All middle school students meet as part of a small group advisory each day to address social and emotional topics as well as connect as smaller grade-level groups to ask questions or address concerns.

Band Classroom

All students explore band starting in 4th grade and then have the option to pursue band, strings, chorus, or general music once they enter middle school.

The BAAC is home to our Tigers athletic teams and includes two high school regulation-size courts, allowing for ample space for K-8th grade athletics classes. The Tigers host many athletic competitions and tournaments, with locker rooms for both the home and visiting teams.

The Atrium within Bernard Hall is an iconic space for all those who attend Stanley Clark, as it is the original building that once housed the entire school. Students still participate in Middle School Friday Assemblies in this space. It is also used for Cabaret theatre performances.

2020-21 Academic Year Plan

The Stanley Clark School has re-opened campus for the 2020-21 academic year. The safety of our students, faculty and staff was of utmost importance and top of mind as protocols and procedures were being developed.

We are excited to have students both back on campus for an in-person learning experience, as well as off-campus through a virtual option, called "Clark at Home." This allows those who may choose or need to be temporarily home-based to attend on-campus classes in real time from home.

Distance Learning

In the event that we are unable to meet on campus for an extended period of time, our students may engage in Distance Learning guided by our highly-qualified faculty in ways that continue to reflect the mission of the school.

Distance Learning at The Stanley Clark School provides a nurturing and collaborative academic environment for students at every grade level.
